So you would need a golem that can function underwater, but is also capable of moving with some dexterity. As long as you don't require it to be strong, I should be able to make one within a few days. If you do require it to be strong, I may require more time and materials.

It does not need to be strong. Being able to store small specimens inside itself without hurting them would be useful. It's fine if that is not an option.
